NORTH94 Team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to refund or exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

LOCAL REFUNDS 

YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND GIVEN THE ITEM RETURNED IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Unworn
  2. Undamaged
  3. Unwashed
  4. Original price tags attached 
  5. Purchased online at www.galxboy.co.za
  6. No refund and exchanges on sale items

Please note the cost of shipping for returned items will be for the customer's account.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

Please note that all sales on international orders are considered final. We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases shipped outside South Africa.

YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. AN EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE GIVEN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY 

WE AT NORTH94 DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE THAT WE SEND ITEMS THAT ARE OF HIGH QUALITY AND WITHOUT DEFECTS. A DEFECT IS A MATERIAL IMPERFECTION IN THE MANUFACTURE. THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS DEFECTIVE:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product 

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with a NORTH94 gift card for the amount paid.
